You can take out the “there is” to “nothin’ better than to heal your wounds then this”. It is more in line with Goku’s county form of speaking

"There is" is another example of two words that can be contracted in English to "There's". The English itself is otherwise great, but we tend to use contractions where possibly- almost habitually - so I hope that helps

Personally I would change "You dare?" to "You down?", "I accept the combat" to "OK, challenge accepted!" and "There is nothing better to heal wounds!" to "Nothin' better to heal your wounds!"

I'd tweak Goku's line from, "I accept the combat!" to something less formal, like "I accept!", or "Sure, sounds fun!"
