Let's go to Twilight first, to reunite the body guard and the Young Queen, then we'll cure the poison joke afterwards. And on that note, you can probably use your tears on the Young Queen's wings to heal them before changing back.

Ask about the patrolling guards then go and visit YQ with the changeling guard. Being a pheonix might be surprising to her but hey, at least you can heal her if need be (thought you will need to recover your own hp after that)

I'm still curious about the guard patrol. While I vote on moving towards the castle, knowing what's going on might put us at ease or at least give us far warning of any hazards we don't yet know about. Also, the spa isn't so much a priority until we know if the tears will benefit our sister or not.

Go to Twilight's Castle. As much as I think getting better is important, your sister's life is still a top priority. Something tells me that you'll be needing the Poison Joke curse for a bit longer.
