Try to lead the pony out of the Poison Joke. Perhaps start by pointing your wing towards the exit of the cave. If she doesn't get it the first time, maybe you can try flying and pulling her in the direction to draw her attention towards the exit.

Make sure to pluck at least one poison joke plant from the field and carry it with you in your talons before you go, so you have some way of communicating that you got "Joked"

If possible, I suggest using your fire to scorch letters on the wall to communicate. Also, make sure to take one of the poison joke flowers so you have a way to let other ponies know you've been cursed.

Fly in circle around her then to the exit, if she doesn't follow you then, try and repeat until she does. When she does, lead her to the closest "pony", Zecora.

First grab a flower in your beak for later use, then Gesture at the exit and then fly towards the exit, repeat until the pony follows you out of the cave
