Wait to save up magic then use a light spell, then if possible heal your wing or use anything around to try to make a splint or something for the injured wing. Maybe check what looks like a cave or something in the back?

Teleport out! Wings in, teleport out, that was the plan. A boulder won't stop that, but it might stop all sorts of other things. Then talk to her! The timber dragon knows your sister, and she knows you wanted to help her, AND she was trying to help your sister herself. Maybe she can still help you! (Oh... wait... There's not enough magic to teleport. Hm. How to gain more magic?)

You just now notice the familiar looking scar on the timber-dragon's left cheek. The same scar that the changeling that you are looking for has. However, you can't think of that now. You see an opening in the wall, since you have no other options, you choose to explore the opening in hopes of finding help or a way out.

Traitor... Hurts... Isnt it? Now you know that felling. Betrail hurt realy much even more than any phisical pain. Knowing that everything and everypony is against to you. That thing make you stronger or this will be your downfall. You must fight... You cant cry... Your redempcion wait. Use your magic... Make a light and search that cave maybe is some kind of tunel and if not stay calm... Just sit and try regenerate much magic as you can. When you will have to teleport... Use it and find your freedom.

This is clearly big sister's bodyguard (meta knowledge alert!) since Timberdragon never actually saw the young queen in her changeling form (she still thinks Young Queen was a white stallion). Plus the matching scar. :P
