I would say turn into a diamond dog that way you can use the shovel sword and be able to attack the dragon from underground

Stay roc and just claw attack, while bird samurai attacks too wall the storm is happing.

I say we transform into the Diamond Dog. Not only can we use the Shovel Sword, and now have access to the ability to move through the ground. But we can also wait inside of the ground in order to rest and restore out energy, which is running dangerously low.

Use the chaos to rest for a bit and let the damage over time take full effect. Have Bird Samurai perform hit and run ambush attacks using the dust as cover. (Question: would transforming into a different form cause whatever effects the previous form cast to cancel itself out, or does it persist?)

Diamond dog, dig underground and rest with Bird Samurai while Nobilis takes damage. Hopefully the Roc's Tornado kept him from seeing us use this trick on the Roc. While we're digging, find (or make) a Young Queen shaped boulder and set it up around where Nobilis last saw us. It'll only fool him for a few seconds while the Tornado clears, but that's all we need.
