Make sure Bird Samurai is far enough away to not get caught in it, then unleash Tornado. If Tornado doesn't finish off Nobilis, we should be ready to revert to our normal form once Roc runs out, since 6 love is a lot to pay for a form we likely won't have enough energy to use for 6 full actions. I think we should plan to get attacked by the fire head, and turn into Phoenix when it does, to regain energy (we'll have to make sure Nobody is busy first).

Nobody only intercepts an attack if it is a threat to YQ. If Pheonix form lets her negate and absorb the fire damage then Nobody should have no reason to intervene.
