Use the black Vines to lasso around their necks they won't see it coming and you can use it to pull their heads backwards that way their attacks will hit the ceiling a bunch of rocks will just fall on them

Dodge and weave between the heads so their breath attacks hit each other.

Teleport for Celestia's sake! Point blank you can't dodge and 3 heads attacking simultaneously will be next to impossible to reflect or redirect
