Ask for the princess to be in their custody until prince Regis returns to them. They will send an escort (3 dragons at least in a diplomatic way to the pony kingdom) to ponyville separately to verify her claim.

well considering that she not only prevented them from taking the changeling queen for punishment but also lost their leader they'll more than likely take the young Queen in her place to receive her own punishment

Have her take some of them to Ponyville and prove that Regis is there and safe. After all, if they just go without her, Twilight and the town may think that the dragons are attacking and go into a panic

Alright it looks like we need to do this the long way.... first summon the black vine tell it to tell zacora to have starlight to teleport to your location, than you tell her once she comes to your location what's going on, and have her bring the dragons to ponyvill them since she strong enough to rival twilight. (this is the best i have so far better than nothing), if that don't work be in their custody until you take them back to ponyvile you still need to go to the Crystal Empire

State bluntly you all know seeing the Prince with their own eyes is the only thing that will satisfy them, and you've told them where he is. None of you can teleport there, so what else are they expecting? If fact, ASK them what else they want; make THEM be specific with their demands. You DO have the diplomatic necklace still, if that will help.

tell them that your low on love so there's not much you can do but to go with them ALONE to ponyville so it will only be the young queen and a good part of the dragons to go see for them selfs if she is telling the truth or lying
