Keep hidden, while listening in on what they say further. Are they making harmless bantering, or something to be worried about.

Once they split up approach the one who was worried about the Prince and explain that the prince is safe, but to get him out of the water in time you had to teleport him to a safe spot near Ponyville. If they want to find their prince, the fastest way would be to go to Ponyville and ask your aunt Twilight what happened.

I agree with "wait for them to split up" but this seems unlikely to happen. If it does, we do indeed want to speak with the concerned one. We should tell her what we know, and ask about the hive and other dragons, basically everyone else trying to escape the tunnels.
