Personally I would turn into a pheonix and wait. Going after him when the entire area is heating up is too risky, we might get ourselves hurt and there's no reason to believe that we'll even be able to grab him and pull him into the ground. Lets just go pheonix and wait. Thanks to the Rift, we can always fly out if we need too
