Tell him if you win then he will need to call away the dragon army and he to accompany you to the Crystal Empire.

If Young Queen wins, the Fire Dragons will repair any damage the did to the Hive, then are forbidden from ever entering Changeling territory uninvited. Furthermore, Regis will have to stay behind until we let him leave. I think there's still a few unanswered questions we need to ask him.

Time to see if what you learned from your time in Ponyville works here in the Badlands. Ask for three things. First, the dragons will help repair any damage done to the Hive's defenses in the attack. Second, he will help draft a binding treaty between the Hive and the Fire Dragon nation, perhaps with help from a neutral arbitrator if necessary. Third, he will let her help him find the truth of the matter he is investigating.

Anyway, obvious demand is for the dragons to leave the Hive alone and retreat from changeling territory. However, despite his lies and hostility, you will help him with finding out about the death (and past history). More so out of personal interest in the events, of course. Got to keep the demands simple, demanding a large number of conditions is rather unseemly.

If you win, dragons must stop their attack on the hive and help to repair the damage (obviously), and he must make a good-faith effort to find a peaceful long-term resolution to the issues between changelings and dragons. Let's not see this repeated in a year with some other dragon leading the army.

Okay... so, I’m not sure if English is your first language or not... but considering there’s quite a few spelling and grammatical errors in this entry... I’m just going to rewrite the entire thing. You challenge Regis to a duel, a fight between you and him. Regis smiled, stating that he prefered it that way as well. There was no need for each of your subjects to shed any more blood for a royal, personal manner. He orders his dragons to set up the ring, and lets your Changeling soldiers share some love from a love gem to you, and asked his dragon warriors to give you some fruit to fully restore your energy (Normal changelings have no energy bar like a hybrid like you. So they have no food for you in the front lines. Since they can survive for a time being with no food and rely on love alone). Regis said that he doesn’t want to cheat and fight you in a weakened state. Dragons do have some honour to uphold after all. Once the dueling ring is completely set up, you and Regis get inside it, standing ready in opposing corners. Changeling soldiers and dragon warriors gather around to watch the fight between you two. Regis states his winning condition to you. He says that if he wins, you must let him meet the rest of the changelings to find the Changeling Murderer. On top of helping him seek out the Changeling Queen. Then he asked you. What is your winning condition?

I've seen some interesting answers here, and I agree that a political marriage has both potential and power, but I would tone it down to helping out on your quest (kinda like an extended date). In addition to rebuilding the hive, arrange for a dual species investigation team to route out the truth of things here. Their may be more to this than either side sees. Finally, his peace treaty is with Young Queen, so Chrystalis can't say shit when she gets back. Ensure generals on both sides sign that particular clause.
