With what's facing her, it might be useful if our Young Queen could raise a lot of blocking items at once to defend more than just herself. Go for another Levitation upgrade.

If we're entering a combat situation we need a better offense we already have a decent defense so I think the arrow should be upgraded.

Arrows would be beneficial for any upcoming battles, not to mention it will help so we don't rely too much on water dragon form to save love and magic use

My vote for Levitation. It can attack and defend equally, and we might need it to restrain Regis if he proves the worst. (Might also help with hauling off the wounded.)
