Of the four, Light or Levitation will probably give you the best range of options in most situations. While a larger light spell would help for searching places, right now you would probably do better to enhance your lifting spell. If nothing else, it will let you maveuver Regis if the two of you need to go vertical in here.

levitation lifting things the same size of us includes most objects we would carry and any pony/changling friends/enemies and either pull them out of danger or fling them away or into a wall

Only self-Teleportatle. You will not get other-Teleport until "mastery" in teleport.
