Rest and recovery your HP and Energy

Sleep, and when you awake check the trunk in the room. It could be a trap so best to have full rest before opening

Check the crate and the bed, then sleep on the bed in the corner.

Search under the bed and the chest, any supplies can be useful, if there is nothing then rest up, hopefully the bed is comfortable enough.

i would check the box in the room for anything usable, start a fire and go to sleep in that bed after dusting it off.

Recovery seems to be the priority, but you must ensure your safety first. Even just a quick scan will do. Hopefully, you will turn up food while you look, it would go a long way towards a proper recovery. Act: Secure the site!

after completely searching the area take a nap while keeping in mind the flammable ore can be used as a weapon but maybe not againtst WATER dragons.

You should gather little of this ore. Could be usefull later. But now you must rest and heal yourself and then fight again.
