High res + NSFW and workflow refinements (Patreon)

Recently I've made some refinements to my workflow, some notes below if you're interested.

I'm not using any new methods but these refinements might be worth mentioning anyways.

- I've been using a little less controlnet, instead I've been focusing on getting something good enough from txt2img and redrawing more things by hands for img2img.

- Now I'm trying to get most things right in my first img2img pass by redrawing more at once so I can just refine things in the next passes.

- I changed how I prompt a bit, I basically took my own advice from my last prompt tips post and applied it to all parts of the image not just the pose. Now it's also a little more structured and it's something like this: [face expression], [body], [hairstyle], [clothes], [accessories], [pose and view angle], [hair color], [background]. 

- Only if I can't get close to what I want, I simplify the prompt and add details later or use controlnet, instead of doing that by default like I used to.
