About plans for version 0.65

Some parts probably will be a bit smaller compared with version 0.55 but this will let us release it sooner.

It will be perfect if we complete the version 0.65 and sooner get to version 0.75 that will have a lot of new amazing things, and, what's more important, the new redrawn Roxy's look right from the start and the gallery, of course.
