To me, A shows the stress and the strain and the tension of the moment better. It's also a slightly more likely position, but never mind me. You're the artist.

I would pick A. In B, the arms behind the head seem a bit relaxed, or he's focused on keeping his head up.

In B..he look like to make abs exercices...and he look more god-like in this position , but the A is more realistic....but i really prefer B :3
