The Plus means that it's the cheat-enabled version. There's an explanation on the main menu in game, but basically you can do a bunch of things to explore different content more easily, but achievements are disabled.

Some possible mistakes I've noticed: Offer yourself's "This all does little to hide her rather persistent hardon" -- even if one's Lith does not have a penis. Behind the store door "Not that that stops you from warding her back again " -- not "warning"? Probably behind the stone door? "until a sigh of relief behind you draw you to turn" -- not "draws"?
