Changes:

• Teh mod can now detect whether the added offset is causing the lockon target to be occluded from view and temporarily move the camera back to its original position to improve visibility.
• New setting 'target-aim-offset-yaw': Rotation offset added to the lock-on aim function.
• New setting 'target-aim-tolerance-multiplier': Controls the window in which the lock-on target can move without having the camera start tracking
