Indeed! it is here. I am sorry for the long wait time inbetween update 0.01 and update 0.02. I'm hoping to avoid such long wait times, however due to how game development is. I can not make any promises.


The largest change of this whole update is to combat itself, with the addition of a new MELEE mode for enemies, as well as Lilac being able to take a extra hit. The patch notes are below.

Another thing in this update is that I experimented with manually drawing the background sprites, If you have any opinions on this change, do let me know.

PATCH NOTES 

A complete rework to combat.

-The addition of a "Melee" mode for when lilac is too close to the enemy.

-The addition of a short INVOLN after getting hit.

-The addition of a Power Bar, which all abilities are drawn from.

-The recreation of the level, catered to the combat update

-Projectiles now have light sources attached to them, making them easy to see.

-The creation of new assets for the background and floors.

-The addition of a large quantity of new animations.

-The yeen will now walk to lilac when shes downed

-Lilac can now take a extra hit.

-The completion of the HUD

-The addition of a "weakened" state, that changes all of lilacs animations to a weakened varitety

-The addition of the "repair kit". Functions as a health state. Sprite is a placeholder
