Patreon exclusive! A discussion of the 'sped-up TikTok' trend over a selection of songs from Mac DeMarco's Five Easy Hot Dogs. I say a 'selection' because the player defaulted to 'shuffle' and gave us a somewhat unique experience. You guys know how I feel about shuffle. I'm not certain it should even exist as an option!

Looks like I may have messed up here now that I've read Scorpion's post! This would be a mistake that I've never managed to make before! The Spotify app and the lack of vocals has caused me a few issues! Oh well, I got the general idea he was going for... but it might explain my overall confusion! :-)

I will say, as a big mac demarco fan, someone who defended Here Comes The Cowboy, I have to say this album disappointed me quite a bit. 4 years for what essentially feels like Demos. I hope he is doing alright.

I would say it's self-indulgent. Overall it's quite 'nice'... but it's not gonna set the world on fire. However, I guarantee he wasn't attempting to set the world on fire.
