The first time Fukui Rias came to Japan. Her grandmother Yuzuki and she lived in a village in England called “Loundbridge”, the birthplace of Rias' father.

Her grandmother agreed to move to that country because her daughter Akiko (Rias' mother and hero) wanted to explore a new place beyond Japan.

Yuzuki, being a woman in control of her daughter's life, agreed to take care of her at all times.

Yuzuki possesses great intelligence and it was not so difficult for her to become part of the “Loundbridge” police force. She was loved and loved in that country as well as in her native Japan.

But after the sudden death of her daughter due to the pregnancy of her first granddaughter, she would begin to resent and hate her.

Four years later, Rias' father, Mr. Stones, died mysteriously in a traffic accident. Leaving his five-year-old daughter in the care of her grandmother Yuzuki, who had not a shred of affection for her. Yuzuki had a huge grudge for her only granddaughter, she would never forgive that by her birth she lost her daughter Akiko, who was in the stardom of becoming a great heroine and together they formed their own hero agency.

A year later Yuzuki would take Rias to Japan to give her mother Akiko a holy burial. Yuzuki blamed Rias' father for the tragedy, because if his daughter never met Mr. Stones, Rias would not be born and Akiko would still be alive.

She didn't like that her little granddaughter had foreign blood in her veins either, she just wanted to do her best to train her and make her a better hero than Akiko, patiently waiting for Rias to develop her quirk at once.

When Rias traveled to Japan with her grandmother, a few days later she was playing in a park, while Yuzuki was busy talking to her close friend, Principal Nezu.

It was at that moment that Fukui Rias would meet Toya Todoroki for the first time.
