Investigate the El Chino Anthrax story. He was the one who allegedly killed Francisco Arellano Felix dressed as a clown at Francisco's birthday party in Cabo. El Chino was in US Custody, then released and traveled to Culiacan where he got killed soon after. The conspiracy theory is that he was simulating getting back to usual business while still wearing an ankle bracelet for whatever reason.
