Introducing /kimmybot and custom AI personas! Powered by SDXL and PollyGPT - You can create and customize your own (Patreon)

So we built an AI persona generator. Yes, and it's pure insanity. You're probably wondering why we built this, and it's because we received so many requests for it!

Our community wanted to go far beyond our talking parrot, Polly. You asked for AI girlfriends, boyfriends, genius assistants, psychiatrists, and more.

So we've built that. And it's here.

To talk to Kimmy, login to your https://my.graydient.ai and click PirateDiffusion or use Telegram, and in the @piratediffusion_bot console and then type

/kimmybot hey whats up

Kimmy can follow your conversations if you reply. To do that, right click or long touch and choose reply.

Otherwise, on Telegram, each new line starts a new topic.

Here's a ridiculous conversation for example. Kimmy is designed to be pretty open to whatever, within the limits of fun and decency. If you push Kimmy too far, she'll push right back! She's pretty witty and funny, I hope you'll enjoy your time together. We'd love your feedback on Kimmy.

There's also a web version that's launching later this week. We are still testing the limits of what Kimmy is willing to do, to make sure this is safe to release to the public. But yeah, she's hilarious:

Kimmy is just one of the many bots joining our system this year, because everyone can now make a bot just like her. You can make it male, non-binary, queer, cyborg, dragon, whatever.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN AI CHARACTER

STEP 1:

Login to your @piratediffusion_bot and type /bots /new

The new bots menu web page will appear. This is your own personal creation space, nobody can see these bots but you.

STEP 2:  

Click on new. This will create a "V2" polly template that allows an SDXL prompt to draw the character dynamically. This is how we are creating a persistent character, using one of our 6,000 preloaded models and loras and textual inversions.

The default Polly script will appear. You can customize this or you can copy and slightly edit our Kimmy template. to get your character up and running fast. To borrow our template, login to https://my.graydient.ai and click VIP chat, and look at the topic called AI Personas.

There are google spreadsheets here with multiple AI characters like /angelinabot and /nicolebot that you can copy and paste as your own. Pay attention to their special abilities and their examples, as they can all do slightly different things and have detailed backgrounds and motivations. Angelina has an inner monologue, Nicole is a side-talker, and Kimmy comes up with quite peculiar Kimmy-isms.

You can create your own abilities and reduce the banter and not do jokes at all. For example, someone just made a /seekerbot that shares insightful research information. Love that.

STEP 3:

For PLUS members, you can choose powerful LLM models like Lllama 3's 70 Billion parameter model, which is what we built /kimmybot with. The smaller models are less human-like, but still cool. We have Mixtral 8x7 and many other popular LLMs you can choose from, they really make a big difference on the conversation style and range. Experiment!

At the bottom of the bot creation screen, you'll see the stable diffusion prompt area. You'll want to add $prompt somewhere in that box, which is where the user's input is injected into your template prompt. So for example, if I tell Kimmy to hold a dove, the "hold the dove" part is sent to the $prompt variable, just like how our recipes system works.

There's a new /monitor command that pops up a watcher window, allowing you to pick up your images from Graydient Cloud even if Telegram goes down. Super useful when there's congestion.
