Have you watched BGC? Badass 80's OVA series with that retro cyberpunk aesthetic and music. I simply love it. There's a 90's adaptation and while is pretty cool it feels totally different. 

All 3 characters in the pic are the same person.  Priss (Priscilla) is a biker girl, a singer in a club (she uses a blonde wig) and a mercenary wearing that armor, part of a group called Knight Sabers with other 3 girls.
