Archie takes Veronica's left foot and presses her sole on his face and pretends its a phone.  He wanted a way to be playful and get a good feel. hehehe.  I think it worked out good for him.

As for Veronica.  She seem puzzled why archie put her foot on his face.  All I can say as an expectator is that she blushed a little.  Did she enjoyed it or was it too much for her to take and did not know how to feel? Or she might have thought just as she said; Archie was being silly.
