Experimented with getting an X-ray effect a little while ago. Planning on using this for a proper project at some point.

Cool! It is a render pass trick? Or perhaps a invisible boolean modifier that specifically only targets clothes?

Unfortunately SFM does not have those features, so this was done by rendering the shot twice, one clothed and one nude. For the clothed version the monitor had a greenscreen on it, then I edited the two shots together in an editing software, I used Filmora.
