Merry XXX-MAS update (Patreon)

I went back and changed the first panel and filled in the rest. I think I'm only going to charge for these animations when they're completed and colored. They're long term projects. Enjoy. 

Side note: Next year I'm thinking of revising the different tiers to simplify them. As it stands now I've been bad about involving the higher tier patrons with voting so that will be removed and the highest tier will drop a dollar. The middle tier will stay where it is but be relegated to jpeg images. The lowest tier will become a tip jar. So, 1$ Pit tip, 2$ jpegs, 4$ pngs. Let me know what you think or if you have any ideas on how to properly monetize my work considering how random my acts of pornography tend to be, leave them in the comments.

If it's $2 a month for jpeg's then that's cool but if it's $2 a pic then I think it should stay the same as it is now. Anyway the choice is yours also amazing pic, can't wait for color!!!

The jpegs are still a decent size. The only difference between the jpegs and the png files is that jpegs degrade over time and they're slightly smaller. it's 150 DPI vs 200 DPI. If there's a limit to how much you're willing to spend you can always cap your pledge amount. Realistically I'm not going to be charging more than 2 to 3 times a month. There will always be free work that I like to share because I don't feel it's worth charging for. I hope that's an added incentive to patrons already.

And yeah charge for coloured versions, these are amazing! Start with this one. I mean even one of these coloured a month is a good income, and there's nothing else like it out there. That cum shot would break new ground in colour, it's practically western anime.

I don't mind the price changes if it involves stuff like this finished in color. I'll move up to the top tier in that case. Personally when I signed up I was hoping for full story comics like you did in the past. I'm loving the addition of animations to the comics so please keep up the good work with those. The pinups don't really do it for me though so if I can put a sort of vote in here is to go with stuff like this and/or full comics finished in color. All of your work is amazing though so thank you for the great work.

Hope you had a good holiday Pit! These animations are constant presents for us. Personally, I'd like it if we only paid after a picture/animation is done, rather than while it's in progress, so no one feels cheated out of something and you don't feel like you're letting anyone down. Just a thought.

As much as I enjoy the animation work you're doing and your overall style, I don't see myself moving up a tier for just basic pictures.

updating the tier is going to cause more problems just as you had when you weren't producing as much as work as you did months ago. although some artist do have $1 tip donations, they offer more in terms of bundles in the next tier of donations, rather than one. what you're proposing is that i spend $4 dollars for a donation that i spend with half of that. unless you make $4 more enticing to people, it's not going to work and you'll be losing people who've been a fan of your work and a patron very quickly.

I am currently at the $2 per post level. If the price tiers change as proposed I will just shift to the new $2 per post, if not drop entirely. While the quality is generally good, I was hoping for comics like I had seen in the past. So far it has been either pinups or one or two pages of a comic before you switch to something else. Instead of eliminating voting entirely, I would suggest that you open voting to all patrons and do it consistently. Then stick with the result until you get a few pages done before shifting to something else.

How will there be less grief? Everyone not at the $5 tier will be getting charged twice as much if they want to keep the same rewards they've been getting for the past year.

The cumshot is very impressive! Plus I love the fact B-Low is really giving it to her in the 4th panel, hanging on to her braids is great, her face during that must be priceless haha. The animations are very clever, you have a great understanding of visual physics and anatomy. Although I understand that eliminating the $5 tier is a good idea as you aren't delivering on polls etc. I'm personally not thrilled by the other tiers doubling to compensate. I realise individually it's a matter of a few dollars but something that I loved about the Patreon format was that it created extreme affordability whilst also creating a healthy payment for the artist. Speaking personally, my budget for pornography is very low, it's really not a financial priority - call me cheap. I've also been rather frustrated with the ups and downs, sparse updates and missed promises of this Patreon, a doubling in cost at this point just adds to that negative feeling. Could you not find something to replace the polls for the top tier? - not sure what. There's another thing that would concern me, and it's pure presumptuous speculation on my part - again, being a dick and speaking my mind. I'd be worried that the chunky increase in overall earnings per artwork based on the tier price increase would actually demotivated to deliver more. You are deserved of whatever amount your patrons see fit to pay you of course but based on the last year I can't help but worry earning more would create less drive to produce more than the odd finished piece here and there. It's a difficult thing to comment on as its none of my business how much you earn in total. I'd just love to see more of your great work. What are your thoughts about those concerns? I'm excited by your comments of delivering your remaining promises and turning 2017 in to a kick ass year. Maybe a change in tier structure would make sense when we see sign of this happening? Also, how would the tip jar work? Is it a Patreon function that you can select a tier AND the tip jar? Or can you just tip whenever you feel like it?

If I may suggest, perhaps a perk for the middle and top pledgers could be previews, like when you first showed us the Barbie Xmas animations. At first showing, there were only the 3 panels, 2 animated. It's apparent based on the likes that these get many of us fans excited. You could make sketches and previews exclusive for the $2 and $4 tiers, and let the $4 tier get the first look, like a 2-week advance preview or something. Just a suggestion to make the perks scale. I know a lot of other creators on patreon do this.

I hope to see more variation in your characters and their pairings in 2017. For example it would be nice to see more black women drawn. And white dudes could get action more often. Scifi of Captain Lo and Power Girl continuation would be cool. The tiers: for example 1$ for jpegs, 2$ for pngs, 3$ for jpegs, pngs & previews with the possibility to make comments on the unfinished work. Additionally 1$ tier gets a final draft of the uncolored animations, finished colored animations could be for 2$ & 3$ tiers only. And randomly (at least once per year) a poll for all tiers or highest tier only. The poll could be about what comic gets a new finished page first. Or choosing what panel in a comic page gets animated.
