Animated Comic Pages (Patreon)

Sorry I lost track of what day it is. I missed yesterday's update. Hopefully this makes up for that. This week I've been messing around with animation techniques and familiarizing my self with photoshops workflow. Here's the start of a short animated comic featuring Tiffany "Busty" Gold pulling over a new stud character, B-Low. 

Would this constitute a charged post for you as a patron? I think with a little more clean up on background assets I'm going to charge for pages like this. Although they're not colored I think the results and the amount of work warrant it. Let me know what you think.

Personally, I'd prefer fully colored static images over animated sketches

I love it. You could make a higher tier for fully finished animated posts. Give the sketch version to lower tier. Maybe every quarter do a large fully colored animated post for higher tier. This would give you 3 months to finish them and would allow for balancing the work involved with a fair price.

As hot as this animation is, it's your coloring and shading skills that really separate you from the pack in my opinion. I don't mind you charging for your hard work, and I don't mind paying you for it either. So I'm kind of torn on how to answer your question. If you charge us for these sketches, what would be your motivation to actually finish them. Or were you planning on not finishing them and just leaving them as sketches? On a side note, I hate to bring this up, but are you ever going to go back to Hot Meal? We were charged for and promised the first page of Hot Meal a long time ago...You got the BBG cover and the Snow White pinup done, so I believe that Hot Meal page 1 is the only thing you need caught up on, correct? I don't really care if you finish it because you've shared a bunch of other stuff with us for free. But, if the comic isn't something you have on your radar to finish, maybe you should let us know because I've basically been waiting for just about a year now to see more of Hot Meal.

Matter of fact, thinking about the year in review, this Patreon has been a boon to us Pit fans. I used to subscribe to JohnPersons pretty much exclusively for your updates. That was $17.95 per month. This patreon is not only much cheaper, we've also definitely been getting much more updates from you. And I've been really happy about the experience overall, this being my first time subscribing to someone on Patreon. So yeah, saving a substantial amount of coin while getting more content = no brainer.

Hey. I'm paying you this amount because I believe that you will put out content that I enjoy. You have opened me up to other things I enjoy. That is value added. As far as I'm concerned, you have produced access to thing like you but more directly. Thank you for doing this. Yes, when you compare to JP's site... updates was a "once in a blue moon" kinda thing when it comes to Pit's work. Which seems weird since I'm pretty sure his work created massive amounts of new subscriptions for JP's site.

I really don't understand the hold up on Hot Meal. You would think since it's already sketched out it would be easier to complete. He posted the first two sketched pages of Hot Meal back in February but here we are almost a year later and he hasn't released a single colored page. Doesn't make sense.

Love slutty cop stuff myself, I will admit it's sad everyone always goes right in on the booty-shorts kind of uniform. Something like Sgt. Callahan from Police Academy, normal uniform with the curves barely contained is far hotter.

This is cool and an interesting direction. Personally, I can't answer the question without seeing the final, tidied up piece. Honestly I don't think sketch work warrants a charged post but a sharp, clean line work animation is fine with me. However I'll add that a full colour static illustration is much more my preference! The animations are impressive and fun but so far, I still get more excited about other pieces. Not saying I wouldn't want to see an animation here and there - they do look good! Going off topic, above posts have also highlighted an undelivered, promised paid-for post. I really don't understand why you don't focus on the one hot meals page and just get it out of the way. You will fulfil your final paid post promise, please your patrons who have been waiting a loooong time for it and be able to completely start afresh without anything hanging over your head. Going back to my previous comment on the Jane pinup, please stop promising things. You're not very good at keeping them. Stopping promised posts is one of the best developments that you've put in place and it looks like it's improved your productivity and enthusiasm in recent weeks/days. Please, for all the people who have stuck with you this year, why not get clean the slate and get hot meals out of the way this side of January. A completely fresh 2017 would be great :) Keep up the great work!

This is awesome Pit. I've always wanted a full-length animation of the 2 hot blondes comic, I think movement adds another dimension to it. And i'm glad you're incorporating it into the comics. Doesn't this take a significant amount more time though? I'm surprised you were able to get an animation up so fast after your last post. But also I guess it's not finished

Too Epically Awesome! Glad your getting better and better! Keep following your gut on what you like to work on so that it gets all the sexy creative detail you bring to the table cause its a mouthful to those hungry for your art, I'm relieved to see Busty Tiffany making an appearance with stars in her eyes cause all those characters with character sheets on your tumblr wall deserve some type of development and would love to see more, with that the only questions being how do you come up with these characters and who is this new guy B-Low, where did he come from?

Honestly, if he doesn't plan on continuing Hot Meal till the end, I could care less if he finishes the first page. I know he charged us for it, but we have also been given a bunch of other stuff that kind of makes up for it and I completely understand if he wants to continue with stuff that inspires him more, like animation and new characters. I do think he should let us know that he doesn't plan on doing anything with Hot Meal any time soon though. I don't think anybody will be that mad at him especially with his recent improvement in work output, and his increased interactions with us.

I'm happy as long as you post art. I didn't subscribe for a specific kind of art. Just anything you chose to do. I love all of it. Oh, and can we get a pin up of the cop? I've set all of your pin ups so far as backgrounds on my phone and would love to add her.

Holy hell! First time I looked at this I just thought the 3rd panel animation was just the motion of B-Low's junk being released from his pants. For some reason I didn't notice his dick actually growing and pumping up in front of her face!! Hahaha. That's genius. Yep, looking forward to seeing what a finalised version of this looks like. Also, very interested to see how much bigger B-Low is than Tiffany, cause, he actually looks kind of monstrous! :o

I'm fine with animations from time to time. You have many interesting static works going on. For this animation it would be cool if Tiffany's facial expression changed when she notices the 'stick' on panel 3.
