Apologies I don't know the lore well, but can Annie convert someone / something to elasticity when inside her or is the "runt" also elastic?

Dezzy and Rae can convert humans (and certain forms of nonliving matter), but Annie actually isn't capable of that. The "runt" is the lil 5'2 rubbery gal we see in most of my stuff, lol. (In hindsight, I probs should've included a lil bit of Dezhirae in the image to make it a bit more clear beyond the nickname)
