This was great! I'll be looking forward to it every month. I'd like to know more about how to pick the right condo to live in. What are some things you have found out after moving in to a place that you wish you investigated first? Is it easy to find good housekeeping services if you don't like cleaning the bathroom and sweeping the floors, laundry, etc.? What about access to business needs like copy machines, printers, using the mail service, getting parcels delivered? Of course, when I visited Pattaya last year for the first time, I had a few random ladies I met on Soi Pothole or wherever at midnight beg me to take them home to cook and clean and all that (after I said no to their offer of ST/LT). Is it that easy? Could you just grab one of those ladies and hire her as a personal assistant/maid to shop, cook, clean, run errands for you, show you the ropes, and maybe even teach you Thai (while doing ST/LT with other girls)? If so, what would they want in return?
