Back again in the morning to do my typical rambling for new pages I am not shocked- even dead baby smuggling aside- that Tusk would want to carry the hypothetical corpse of her dead child to the sea. It's entirely natural that she would want to carry Ray to the ocean, Hake didn't carry him for ~65 days only to have him die. He loves him and mourns for him, but a mother losing a child is different. If Gull says anything, I'll be shocked but also not. This should be private between these two parents, and yet people are just.... allowed? to watch? People clearly look up to Sturgeon and the fact that she isn't ensuring her little brother and his girlfriend are given the privacy and decency they deserve is a tad.... surprising. I'd assume she'd want to make sure people were being decent to the new and former parents, but she's nowhere to be seen? Maybe she's digging the hole. I don't know, but it's really rubbing me wrong that neither of Hake's siblings with high status are making sure he and his wife are being treated well. It's not like they don't think they'll be mistreated, Gull outright made a scene and prolonged their suffering right in front of them. SOOOOO yeah I am a bit* shocked by that.
