Game Update 0.0.1.0 - October 2022 (Patreon)

A new update is here! There is much to discuss. A lot of good news and unfortunately some bad as well.

Halloween update

Welcome to an extra spooky new update to the game. Halloween has arrived in camp and you'll be able to enjoy the spooky atmosphere until the 31st of October. If you're quick, you can unlock a new outfit for Penelope via a Halloween mini quest!

Going into Alpha

For the eagle eyed players you will have noticed that the game has gone from version 0.0.0.18 to 0.0.1.0. That is because we are now officially in alpha. The new update brings with it a whole lot of new things. Here's the changelog:

• 3 new CGs
• Halloween update
• Alchemy mini game (only used for main story right now)
• Story continued
• New character will make a brief appearance.
• New backgrounds
• New music
• Added additional placeholder graphics
• Bugfixes

The 10 euro and up Patrons will also have seen some extra stuff, that's coming up in the future, in this month's Work-In-Progress update here.

Camp Counselor bonus outfits

If you're a 10 euro and up Patron, aside from the Penelope Halloween outfit, you'll also get three additional spooky outfits for the other characters! Simply fill in the newly added code that you can find at your Patron reward tiers.

Bugs

I am literally drowning in work, so I haven't had much time to check for bugs this update. I'm sure there will be many, so if you find some please let me know here / Discord / PM and I'll try getting to them as soon as possible.

Same goes for the walkthrough. I simply haven't had the time to update it yet, so that will be coming next week.

The bad news

Unfortunately, I also have some bad news to share with you all. One of the artists who is working on the project has just lost a close family member in the war in Ukraine. They'll be taking some time off to arrange the funeral.

I count myself blessed knowing that none of the people working on the project have perished in the conflict yet, but also realize how close they are to danger.

I'm keeping them in my thoughts and will update you guys if there's anything to say. For now, thank you all very much for all your support. I hope you'll enjoy the update. Bug fixes will be coming next week.
