Game

Another week has gone by? Holy moly these go by fast. Now you might wonder why I don't have that much to show you guys. Well unfortunately building the basic mechanics is a slow and boring job. Lots of tweaking of coordinates, making placeholders, testing, testing and testing. Originally I wanted to implement a Gun Mechanic into the game, which give it a Third-Person Shooter effect. But once it was actually done, it unfortunately wasn't very fun to play, so I had to scrap it.

Luckily I found an alternative way to coding the missions minigame however, which now has become a lot easier to code for. I'll update you on it as there's more to show off. 

Art

Got some new art in, but nothing too interesting. The art I use for the minigame is actually simpler than the overall art of the game. I figured I could give you a peak at that. Remember, this is just the artstyle for the missions minigame. I'll still be using Jodsy's art (seen in previous updates) for the overall game.

Gaming / watching / reading(?)

So I haven not done a whole lot of gaming lately (boring, I know). However I have started reading something... a manga! My first ever manga! And it's basically a softcore hentai book called Domestic Girlfriend. It's about a guy who has a crush on his teacher who is also his step-sister....... Yeah it's very 'Japan' (and I love it).

I've also been watching Log Horizon, which is a great show to watch when you just want to relax for a bit. Just started season 2 and I love how there's a guy who goes around dressed as a Ninja Turtle.

That's pretty much it for this week's update. I'll be taking a little trip, so there will probably not be one for next week. (Forgive me!) So I leave you with this awesome gif to carry you through these dark times. Catch you in 2 weeks!
