I wish I knew exactly what it is I’m sharing with you tonight. Alas, all I know is it’s some sort of badassery featuring Sybill in various sultry ensembles advertising…action VHS releases, I guess? 🤔 

If anyone knows more about what this is please feel free to enlighten us. I will be interviewing her soon so if we havent pieced it together by then I will ask her about it.

Very likely, which makes this a slice of history that would have been lost. Also imagining a monthly genre film service, like BMG CDs but for flicks delivered to your home. I would pay more than a penny for that.

Looks like they went rummaging through the archives, did a video transfer, designed a box with Sybil Danning on it (though she's not in any of these movies) and Bob's Yer Uncle. This site shows six: https://vhscollector.com/distributor-series/sybil-dannings-adventure-video None of the ones in the promo. This one is available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Space-Alien-Attack-Martin-Landau/dp/B000NY891A So I guess an intrepid investigator with an Amazon account could find out if she intro'd the movies.

I remember these. Big Box VHS of b-acton movies hosted by Sybil Damning. She'd come in at the beginning of the movie in a skimpy action outfit, and give an intro. Rented a few of them back in the day. Ginger Lynn Allen also hosted a series of softcore movies for VHS rentals, but they weren't big boxes like these were.

Those were the days. Sybil would introduce each video in the

series. They were in VHS and Beta format. Not all of them were low budget Drive-In action. There was anindie movie 'Fast Money' about drug smugglers, a wrestling flick 'Blood & Guts', and she even got the two Michael York films 'The Three Musketeers' and 'The Four Musketeers'.
