Tier Updates (Patreon)

Gonna be removing the tier 3 patreon and gonna be replacing with a poll instead and the reason is that patreon takes alot of money from me, combined with paypal and converting money to my country is a easy 20-30% rip of the money.
But probably in the future im gonna be doing more tiers with different benefits line comission line skip and discounts.
( If you are subscribed to the tier 3 you will still take the benefits )
