The updated site looks really great! Hope you don't have to worry about any more comp issues, those are always a huge pain in the ass.

The site does look really great! Though I will say that I think a "first/last" or a "jump to page" option is needed on the comics. Currently in order to check if you've updated Shapeshifter I need to click next exactly 250 times. 251 and it brings me back to page 1.
