Hey all.  So like I said yesterday, I am closing this poll down.  I want to concentrate from here until family time begins on FILFy.  Effect is finished and Hiryo is looking at it, so already both HP and Ranma fans will get a full meal.  

Anyway, in third place, once more, was Making Waves 1,588.  

In Second place because of the carry over effect and my own votes... damn it... was Heroes of the High Seas. It brought in 1,951.  I think that before the month ends i will post the first chapter of this work on fanfic, hopefully that will grab some more interest and bring in patrons. 

Which obviously means that King of Champions 2,461. Just... I thought RWBY wasn't this popular.  But apparently the love of HP conquers all.

I think its more a mixture of love for HP, want for an Arkos ship to actually be written well, Fate fans and the fact that Tia only has like 3 good fics that she stars in, 2 of those are x-overs of which this is 1 of them. RWBY as a whole is a good story. A bit of a train wreck in the animation, but overall a good story. Not great, but good. Some people like the characters. Whether that's for their looks or personality is different for every person. I personally like how Yang and Pyrrha look, but their personalities are kinda... meh. Yang gets better and worse as time goes on and we never really got to see Pyrrha flushed out. But we could all see some potential for them. Harry taking Juane's place plays perfectly into Juane's "Everyman" status. Juane is the perfect vessel for SI authors, and/or having Juane isekai'd. With Harry taking Juane's place, the Arkos ship is still a possibility for those who want to see it succeed in sailing around the world. And with the way you've built it up to this point that ship won't sink and it looks great. Most Arkos ships are... poorly made, full of holes, one dimensional and sink quickly, if we're lucky. Arturia (Lancer Alter) is from Fate. That would be enough on its own. But now you've made her the Older Sister with no blood relation that is skirting the edge of the Yandere cliff. So now you've introduced the pseudo-incestuous tag as well. That'll drag in another demographic of reader. Lol. Then there's Tia Harribel. She is a Bleach fan favorite, right up there with Yoruichi. But she gets almost no love in fanfiction unless its smut, a poorly written x-over or a dead fic. So fans of Tia want to see her get a win for once. Also, Pseudo Twin Sister that's a Kuudere. A few more tags. Lol. My point is, King of Champions has been written in such a way that all these girls getting with Harry feels natural. You've also built up the world of Remnant to be more that just 4 kingdoms, a handful of villages and the 'Badlands'. KoC is a great story and it's already established in the minds of your readers as such. So don't be surprised that it can dominate like it did. I'm hopeful for Hero's as well, but I want a little more King first.

Huh... Okay, that is easily the most well-written response to a 'why is this story so popular' comment I have ever made. Well thought out, good sir. I wouldn't call Arturia a Yandere though - she doesn't want to hurt Harry for looking at other women nor is she going to kill every girl around him. Pyrrha was a bit of a continuation of their rivalry. Tia is a kind of low-teir Kuudere though. She has emotions, she shows those emotions, but in ways that are not normal.
