The Future of ATP (Patreon)

... and now that I have sufficiently worried my HP fans...

Sorry about these posts taking a few days. I had to take some half-days off of everything writing-wise. Pushing to finish Magic in time (I wrote it in four days having lost Wed-Fri due to Family Time™, and the Monday and Tuesday due to editing FILFy) along with going over Stallion when Tomon and Hiryo got their thoughts on it back really cost me, and I honestly think I made several mistakes in Magic despite getting it up on time. Today I have been going through it with Grammarly, and that is going to take a few more days since  I also want to finish work on Death's Avenger.  I already did the same thing with Stallion as several reviewers pointed out the mistake I made having Raffy being able to use the Lightning fruit while in female form. That’s changed now, with Franky doing the drying out with a few new heat dials. We’ll see more of them in the future, though I am still trying to decide on the name of his attack.

And may I say that when it comes to Magic, I am very disappointed no one has mentioned where I got the Clarkson character from? Pout.

Anyway, this is going to be the first of many polls I will be posting today. This will include the Ranma and HP polls. The patron present poll is… sigh… You all really don’t want me to go into My Hero Academia do you? SighX2… Regardless, it will remain up until the 4th.

The reasoning behind this first poll is simple. I want to finish off ATP. While in terms of research it is still Queen Bitch of my stories (although DA will probably take that crown eventually) it is also closest to completion in terms of chapters. I would estimate one small chapter, two medium (one very large or 3-4 small) chapters for the next arc, then a rest chapter, another two medium chapters in the last arc of the story, and then an epilogue to round it out. FILFy would be the next one, but there it’s generally the same number of chapters but all large or medium at best.

So the question then becomes, how should I do this? The ways I have come up with are:

1. Remove one of the polls every month until the story is finished, rotating which poll disappears. Perhaps the easiest to do, although I would have to make certain that my Ranma fans get a leg up in at least one of the other polls to make up for it.

2. Continue to use fandom-specific polls. Each poll would then be about medium story sized updates, and I would simply put it into a three-story rotation with FILFy and Fate Touched. Yes, this means I would officially remove Magic from contention for a time. Of all my Harry stories, Only DA is further from the end of the story LOL. For the Ranma poll, I would either bring back GDWHOM and place it against Stallion and Horse.  The patron-only poll would be unaffected.

3. Remove the Large story poll. In a more specific version of choice number one, I would just remove the large story poll for a time. Then I would prioritize ATP first each month, then the patron-only poll. When that poll is done with, only then would I go on to the small story poll, so that I would know which fandom to favor there, although most of the time it would probably be Ranma since, you know, ATP = Large story chapter.

So there you have it, folks. I would like your opinions on this. I also included a fourth choice, just to see if all of you think I shouldn’t bother finishing off ATP, and should just keep going as I am. And if you have an opinion on if I should put Magic on hold in the first place, just wait for the next poll I’ll be posting LOL.

Note: Neither of these polls will be weighted, unlike the story polls.  They are pure numbers only.
