April Small Story Poll. 

Yo everybody, sorry about this taking so long, I wanted to estimate how long it would take for me to finish the work on Stallion, then Bhaalson Remodel before posting this and the Large Story poll. I decided to move around my priorities a bit this next month. I will finish Stallion, then Remodel, then the small story, then the large story.  The way I have Horse and Magic outlined, I can cut them off about two-thirds of the way through and still get a chapter out for either. 

Anyway, the choices for the small story poll are:

Anything Goes Game Changer – Sekirei/Ranma crossover: Ranma and Akitsu flex their muscles against enemies both new and old. Ancient lechers make an appearance, the phrase blue balls becomes quite appropriate, issues arise from below and realize they chose a really, really bad time to do so. Ranma punches a pantyhose, Akitsu beats Sekirei and others off with various bits of ice, and several Ashikabi suddenly find themselves thinking they stepped into the lion’s den without appropriate underwear before Ranma decides to end at least two threats once and for all before dealing with the main threat.

Fate Touched in Middle Earth – HP/LOTR crossover: Harry runs into elves who make him realize that they too can be assholes, while practicing his own brand of ‘diplomacy’ before relenting and letting the elves lock them up, since hey, “Alohamora plus Invisibility Cloak equals food. Be right back.” Harry and Bilbo go on a few small adventures while making a friend and a frenemy, as the dwarves recover their strength. The two of them then launch a daring escape, only to realize that one size does not fit all, leaving Harry once more bruised and battered, before he and the dwarves once more have troubles of the orcish persuasion. Gandalf arrives in Dol Goldur and starts his investigations while Thorin and company, plus one, have their first glimpse of the Lonely Mountain.

A Semblance of Hope - RWBY/Ranma crossover: Ranma and Pyrrha talk about this odd relationship thing, deciding that for all their lack of experience they want to give it a try while, with the depths passed, the Grimm issue fades to the background and the ship continues on its way unmolested. Back in Beacon however things heat up as Torchwick obeys the Queen's commands, Team RWBY gets pulled into events, and an assassin takes her shot at a target that is in no position to defend himself. Truths are spoken, others hidden, and information gathered as things start to turn even worse for the Queen and her followers.

FILFy Teacher – HP/Highschool DxD crossover: Harry, Rias and the others arrive in the UK, where after getting a room for the next two nights, they do some sightseeing, then split up to deal with a few issues. Ginny is confronted by the appalling sight of Lily leading around an older redhead, with a public disaster averted by Tonks of all people playing peacemaker as Harry talks to Neville, Daphne, and the Head of the ICW, making demands and accepting a request. Bikou is questioned, which makes Vali have issues once more, as Koneko makes new friends, and Luna nearly dies from happiness before joining the group as they head on to Ireland, leaving behind an eviscerated Ginny and shell-shocked goblins and politicians both.

I decided to keep it to just four choices, so as to spread the HP/Ranma votes evenly. And because I sort of made a mistake and have all of FILFy outlined, whereas I still am having trouble with what to show of the confrontation with Rias’s parents and how to do it.

Note: I will be putting my own votes on Semblance this month. I have been on a RWBY binge because there are a lot of interesting, fun fics out there in this genre, more than I had seen when I was reading through them before.
