Chapter 204: Everyone meets

After placing the three remaining men under custody, a small group of marines, led by Vice-Admiral Gion, made their way towards the big building.

"Who do you think this 'Master' is?" Asked the elder marine who was walking at her side.

"I can only think of one person mad enough to use this place as a laboratory…Caesar Clown. This used to be his workplace after all." Answered Gion.

"Wasn't he arrested for his nasty experiments on human beings?" Asked the marine.

"He was released under the request of Doflamingo and placed under his command." Admitted the Vice-Admiral with bitterness in her voice.

"But that's…" Tashigi did not know what to say.

"Shichibukai's may work for the marines, but they are still pirates…to give him someone so dangerous." 

"That man has a lot of pull among the World Government…more than they care to admit. "

Gion reached the door and pressed the buzzer. 

"We should be destroying these doors with our cannons." Exclaimed one of the marines.

"Yeah, not only they are here illegally, but they may also be hiding the Strawhats in there." Another marine said.

"We will assess the situation first," Gion said with a tone that left no room for argument.

Moments later, they heard some footsteps, and the door was opened.

The marines held their weapons tightly, ready to fight whoever was on the other side of the door frame.

"What?!, what are you doing here?!" Tashigi was the first one to speak after seeing the person who opened the door.

"Why not?. This is my summer house.".

Trafalgar Law answered with a smirk.

"Law!, what is the new Shichibukai doing here?" one of the men exclaimed.

"Ma'am, be careful with this one. I heard that he sent the hearts of 100 pirates to earn his position in the Marines." The old captain told Gion.

"Law…" Gion frowned. "You are not the one I expected to see here. What are you plotting?"

"He!, I already said that I'm living here. I'm not plotting anything." Law defended.

"This island is off limits! even for those affiliated with the government. " Said Tashigi.

"Doesn't that include you too?" He asked in a condescending tone.

"Tashigi."

Gion made a gesture to Tashigi and this one nodded before taking out a recorder snail.

"Zztt…Hel…I'm Luffy, the guy who'll be Pirate King!"

The voice of Luffy came out of the snail.

"zztt..You said too much already!...zzttttz." The voice of Usopp came next.

They then heard the rest of the emergency message.

"Anyone, please help!. I am at Punk Hazard! …Zzztt…ahhhh!....click." 

The message ended there.

"The island name, the cold weather.  You can't deny the message came from this island." Said Tashigi.

"We also know for a fact that the Strawhats are on this island. Their ship is on the port and we heard some interesting stories from men who claim to work here." Gion said with a calm voice.

"Forging fake emergency signals is the marine's specialty, is it not?. As for the Strawhats…I have not seen them. If they landed here, they could be somewhere else on the island. Feel free to look around. Are we done with this conversation?" Law gave Gion a blank stare.

"No, we are not done. We want to take a look inside." Said Gion.

"Well, this is my summer house, so….no." He placed a hand on the door.

"I wasn't requesting your permission… " She was starting to become annoyed with his attitude.

"What are you hiding, Trafalgar Law?!" The old captain demanded to know.

"What's so bad about a pirate like me, using an abandoned island? If the Strawhat comes here, I will hunt them down myself. Now…I would like to-" 

Law was suddenly interrupted by a loud ruckus coming from inside the building.

"Gyaaah!." There are frozen people everywhere!"

"Disgusting!, Get me out of here."

They then heard several other voices yelling.

"What's going on in there?" Asked Tashigi.

"Did I just hear kids screaming?" Gion gave Law an ice glare.

Law was unable to keep his poker face any longer and was now looking back at the door.

"Why did it have to be now, of all times…" He lamented.

"There is light coming from that tunnel!"

"The exit!, let's go!"

They all heard a lot of steps approaching before the giant doors behind Law were blasted open.

The group composed of several Strawhats, a clown, some children, and a samurai head was now starting directly at the Marines.

"We can finally go home!" 

"I will be able to see mommy and daddy!"

The children started to cry. 

Gion's glare on Law became more intense.

"You have so much to explain."

"Hey, I know this guy. He was in Shabondy." Chopper looked at Law with interest.

"Ah!, marines!" Cried Buggy.

"What are Marines doing here?!" Shouted Nami.

Sanji got in front of Nami and the kids.

"Don't worry, I won't let these nasty marines lay a finger on…"

It was then that he spotted Gion and Tashigi.

"What I can do for you, lovely ladies?" He exclaimed with heart in his eyes.

"Let's turn around and look for a different exit. We can't leave with the Marines there." Said Vivi.

"Eh?, Aren't the Marines good guys?" Asked the children in confusion.

"Only sometimes…anyways, let's go!" Vivi commanded.

They all turned around and started to run.

But Tashigi did not want to waste the opportunity. She immediately rushed at them with her sword drawn.

"Wait, I won't let you escape!"

"Stop, Tashigi! , remember your orders….shit, that reckless girl!" Gion was unable to stop her from running and when was about to move, she heard Law speak.

"Room."
