Thank you for your patience while I moved! I am still working on the background and camera settings stuff but the reaction is here nonetheless! This one had a lot of set up and some emotional moments but no tears like Half Blood Prince. Either way, I'm hype to see what is about to go down with Part 2 soon!

The action was pretty great in this one but I'm expecting some great things in Part 2. Tom getting Dumbledore's wand is wild as hell by the way... and Hagrid better not die or I will die.

Also Dobby has a bigger role in the books, he’s in 5 out of seven of the books. So his death I feel like has a bigger impact for book readers. The other elf, Kreacher who belonged to the Black family, passed to Harry when Sirius died (along with the house), which is why he obeys when Harry gives him orders. Harry sents him to work in Hogwarts along with Dobby to keep an eye on him and they both help Harry follow Draco around in the 6th book when Harry is suspicious of him. He’s super nasty because he grew up in a nasty family, but in the books Harry gifts him the fake locket and Kreacher is so happy to have his old master’s locket that his whole demeanor changes and he starts being nice to the gang, even to Hermione 🥺 he makes them breakfast the morning that they break into the ministry and promise them a steak pie for dinner but they of course didn’t return for that 😅 one of the little details I’m mad they cut off the movies. You should really read the books when you’re done there’s sooooo much more to them.

I've lost count of how many times I've re-watched this series lol You might feel Dobby's death more if you read the books and re-watch the movies. Some scenes will hit you harder. For example, at the end of Chambers of Secrets the movie, Dobby asks Harry how he could ever repay him for freeing him. Harry says, "Promise you'll never try to save my life again" ......Dobby never makes that promise and I tear up every time 🥺❤️
