So glad you're catching the message of vinland Saga! I remember during the first episodes of season 1 when thorfinn's dad said that he doesn't need a sword, and you two got the wrong idea, and its ok I think most people had. A true warrior doesn't need a sword, because a true warrior doesn't need to hurt.
