Two interesting tidbits about this episode: This one is very easy to overlook upon seeing the episode for the first time. The 2 curses that were fought on the roof of the theater were shown earlier in the episode before they were killed/turned. The one wearing the watch is the lady that Junpei bought his ticket from (you will see her wearing the watch when she slides his ticket to him), the 2nd curse it's implied that it was a janitor working at the theater. When you see Yuji and Nanami walking upstairs you will see a cart with cleaning utensils left unattended in the hallway....also with that curse saying "Good Detergent" repeatedly. Regarding Namami's exposé about being able to increase a techniques efficiency by explaining it beforehand, it's a genius idea by the creator of this show as it's basically a play on a recurring trope that is heavily used in action anime; especially where special powers are involved (where the characters will take a sometimes significant amount of time explaining out loud what their ability is in a monologue or to their opponent before actually doing it lol). The show 'Naruto' would probably be the best example of that lol.
