Absolutely fantastic episode. I will say to you Shruti and Dre that this definitely one you should tread carefully with reading the comments, especially when this gets posted to YouTube. There are some revelations/answers related to the memories that won't be revealed until later down the road yet there's always the possibility of one of your viewers spilling the beans on it.

Lots of important information this episode and interesting ideas going around during the discussion. Excited to see the next one. Surprisingly motivating speech coming out of the interior police lady, not good enough for me switch who I'm rooting for though lol. Side note: If you're not 100% sure what to think about some of the stuff dropped this episode, don't worry about it everything gets clarified with time, you guys caught way more then I did first time around so I think you're doing great.

Regarding the sneak peek at the end of eps12, since you don't actually watch previews in any of the episodes, I would vote for skipping it since it's basically a preview of what's to come (and a bit spoilery). But ultimately I leave it to you guys to decide whether to watch it or not.

The legendary " Chair " :') it's somewhat humorous but also gross, He was indeed making the noble eat his own shit, that's something that caught me off-guard like it doesn't belong in AoT lol. Really great scene where Levi is talking to Mikasa about their last name, finally getting a reason behind why Mikasa is almost superhuman (proficient in any/everything) we had a few glimpses of this (when she first has the incident in the cabin/she stabs the guy once, directly through the heart) That wasnt luck/reaction...that was her seeing what EXACTLY to do, almost as if that moment played in slow-mo, she saw where her knife needed to hit to remove that threat etc.) At the end of S2 theres another glimpse where shes riding straight through a bunch of titans and its slow-mo, she sees where exactly she needs to move with the horse to evade them all -- that kinda thing, really cool that we finally get answers. One other thing i'd mention that can help you understand some scenes more(more so related to those memory/flashbacks) is paying attention to perspective. Seeing Eren's father in his eye's reflection as a titan was a really cool way to give us that information that those past clips were from his dads PoV.

The only reason I suggested watching it was because the rest of us watched it as it came out (if we stuck around during the end credits.) It's considered an after credit scene and they watch all the rest of the after credit scenes. But yea, whatever they decide to do. It's just good to be informed.

Agreed Devin, I feel as though the pressure of Eren potentially getting eaten and the Scouts vs Kenny fight about to begin shows in the way the information is revealed. Right now isn't the time for all the answers there are some pressing concerns to deal with lol.

The chair did feel pretty jarring to me too lol, i think it fulfils its purpose though. It's clear what Pixis and Erwin wanted out of this coup, but Zachary was a wild card until now. By showing us some weird twisted torture device (and how much... pleasure he gets from using it on the nobles) it somehow makes Zachary goals simpler to understand, despite how crude it is lol.
