At the start of the discussion; the girl they're looking for is indeed Christa, Sasha just announced her name upon entering the room, but everyone was listening intently to them discussing who they're after so they didn't notice her. Props for picking up those small details, with Reiner brushing Connie off - He's trying to distract him and keep his emotions in check, they aren't wrong that this mission is important to the survival of humanity either. Fun Fact #3: Season two in its entirety takes place over 2-3 days time wise.

Yeah I can't imagine being in their shoes, thinking about titans lurking around possibly right next to you and it's so dark you won't even notice, especially how grotesquely they're depicted.
