I think attack on titan and demon slayer are some great introductions to anime, they aren't similar shows but they both do what they are trying to do very well imo.

Could we potentially add Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood to the poll? It's not shiny and new like the others, but it's still one of the greatest anime of all time, both on a personal opinion level and a large scale factual level :) (search top anime of all time, it will always be in the top 5)

Can vouch, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood(FMAB) is a top tier show, AoT/FMAB sit in my top3....and i've seen 200+ anime series. Very well written, great worldbuilding,characters, suspense,action and it has dark undertones.

I agree with the FMAB comments :D I try to watch anime but the only ones I like so far are AOT (my fave), FMAB, and One Punch Man. Though OPM I would wait until you get used to anime to watch. The others on the poll list aren't my cup of tea but they're the most popular currently
