Panel 1

Kylie hands a coffee each to Tiani and Candace.

KYLIE: Here’s your usual, Ms. Velvet, and I suppose this one goes to you?

TIANI: Yes, please!

CANDACE: Are you on spy duty again?

KYLIE: Ms. Slate did ask me to look into something about bimbos and retiring?

Panel 2

Kylie and Tiani shake hands as Candace introduces them.

CANDACE: Kylie, this is Tiani, my new law partner and an amazing genie. Tiani, this is Kylie, the only competent intern we have this year.

TIANI: Pleased to meet you.

KYLIE: Likewise.

Panel 3

Kylie figures out the source of the day’s craziness as she talks to Tiani. Tiani shrugs.

KYLIE: So I take it you’re the reason one of my coworkers is making out with a duplicate of herself.

TIANI: Well, I provided the duplicate, what they do with each other is their business.

Panel 4

Candace talks to Kylie, who looks very eager.

CANDACE: Speaking of that, Kylie, what do you know about Greek mythology?

KYLIE: I love Greek mythology, I read it all the time when I was younger. Honestly, if my parents hadn’t insisted I would have studied that instead of law.

CANDACE: Excellent.
