Agent1 and Agent2 look over their shoulders towards the arrival of SHORTBEAD. She is carrying a clipboard in one hand.

SHORTBEAD: Don’t worry about it, her file implies she’d prefer to spend eternity naked.

Panel 2

AGENT1 and AGENT2 look closely at Christine, gently touching the curves of her breast and ass.

AGENT1: She? Wait, is this actually Christine?

AGENT2: What happened to her, Shorty?

Panel 3

SHORTBEAD places her free hand on the handle of the cart.

SHORTBEAD: That mission is above your clearance. Just be glad we have another agent assigned. I’ll take her from here, you are dismissed.

Panel 4

AGENT1 and AGENT2 walk away, talking to each other.

AGENT1: Geez, I guess I missed my chance with Christine…

AGENT2: I should have asked if I could have her for my pool.

Shortbead pushes Christine on the cart through a hallway.

SHORTBEAD: Well, Christine, we still have no idea how the petrification process actually works. So I hope you’re enjoying yourself in there, because that’s how you’re stuck.

Shortbead rolls her eyes, as if a prediction she made which no one believed had come true.

SHORTBEAD: Of course, if you had checked in with Gorgon more often like you were supposed to then maybe no one would have gotten nervous about you potentially falling for that secret agent jerk and revealing our double agent status.

Shortbead looks to her clipboard as she pushes Christine.

I told them not to put someone whose file lists “nymphomania, exhibitionism, and flighty” on that assignment, but you had to be so hard-headed about getting it!
