Welcome Surveys! (Patreon)

I recently added a link to a Welcome Survey to the Patreon greeting when people sign up. I hope that it helps me keep on eye on what people are coming for, how better to reach other potential readers, and provide a convenient way to let people know what all is going on - even if you have to drop out of the Patreon for any reason.
